Random Picker

Pick a random item from your list.

How does Random Picker work?

Random Picker selects one item at random from a comma-separated list, giving every item in the list an equal chance of being chosen.

How to use it

  1. Type your options separated by commas, for example: apple, banana, grape.
  2. Click "Pick random item".
  3. Click again to draw a new result — previous picks are not excluded automatically.

Common use cases

  • Choosing a winner for a giveaway or raffle from a list of names.
  • Deciding which task, restaurant or movie to pick among a few options.
  • Randomly assigning a name to a role or a team.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same item be picked twice in a row?
Yes. Each pick is independent, so remove an item from the list if you want to exclude it from future draws.
Is there a limit to how many items I can enter?
No hard limit, but very long lists are harder to read — for large datasets, consider narrowing the list first.
